Raqhid Jevon Render, also known as Lil Keed, passed away on May 13, 2022 in Los Angeles, CA at the age of 24. Born on March 16, 1998 in Atlanta, GA to mother Tonnie Woods-Reed and father Kenneth Render. Raqhid spent most of his life in Forest Park, GA. During his lifetime, Raqhid attended Hendrix Drive Elementary, Forest Park Middle School and Forest Park High School where he was able to explore his athletic abilities through playing both football and basketball. It was in the 10th grade when Raqhid would explore his love for music, a passion that would lead him to stardom. At the age of 19, Raqhid would be discovered in his neighborhood by Jeffery Williams (Young Thug) who signed him to a record deal with Young Stoner Life Records and 300 Entertainment. Undeniably destined for greatness, Raqhid had officially started his career as Lil Keed – a name that would grow to become beloved by millions of fans and admirers around the world. Keed’s driving purpose was to live a better life and take care of his family which motivated him as he performed on stages around the country, graced red carpets, and appeared on national television during the course of his career.
